Matthew (the owner) and Zach (lead plumber) are fantastic! I had several plumbing issues--some larger projects like repairing a broken sewer discharge clean-out, fixing no hot water from my tankless water heater, flushing the water heater, and installing a pressure-reducing valve, as well as smaller tasks like reinstalling the kitchen sink sprayer hose and replacing two shower heads.
Matthew was very prompt in replying, set clear expectations, and communicated quickly whenever there were changes. He also looked for ways to reduce my costs. For example, I originally requested only a water heater flush. After Zach inspected it and provided a quote, the heater suddenly stopped producing hot water and I didn't have the budget to fix it. Matthew suggested dedicating one hour to diagnose the issue first. Zach worked on it but suspected the problem was due to the heater not being flushed for a long time. They proceeded with the flush and only charged me the original quote--waiving the diagnostic fee.
Another example was the sewer discharge repair. Few plumbers are experienced with this, and many either declined or quoted very high prices before even assessing the problem. Matthew and Zach offered to charge only for digging out the discharge clean-out and then provide a repair estimate. This approach resulted in a very reasonable quote.
On top of that, they reinstalled my sink sprayer hose and replaced the shower heads free of charge. Throughout the process, Zach was thorough and even taught me how to handle smaller plumbing tasks myself, like replacing bathtub stoppers and flushing the water heater in the future.
Both Matthew and Zach were honest, considerate, and truly helped me save money. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
