Founded by Matthew and Ashley Flueckiger, Sustainable Plumbing & Air was built on a simple mission — to bring honesty, clarity, and quality service back to the plumbing industry. After noticing how often homeowners shared negative experiences with other plumbing companies, and seeing the growing demand across the Greater Austin area, Matthew and Ashley saw an opportunity to do things differently.With Ashley’s background in education and Matthew’s experience in supply chain planning, the pair combined their strengths: clear communication that helps customers truly understand their plumbing needs, and efficient operations that balance materials, time, and cost for every project.

Based in the beautiful Lost Creek neighborhood of Austin, Sustainable Plumbing & Air is proudly operated by two families — the Flueckigers and the Snyders. Zack Snyder, a licensed Master Plumber, and Dakota Snyder, a Journeyman working toward his master license, bring exceptional technical expertise and hands-on experience to every job.

Together, our small but dedicated team runs two fully equipped service vans and scales up with additional resources for larger projects as needed. Whether it’s a quick repair or a complex installation, we focus on transparent communication, effective solutions to solve the issues at hand, and dependable service that you can trust in your home or business. We pride ourselves on being big enough to handle large projects, but small enough to know our customers by name.
